1. Import and export standards
Compliance requirements
The product complies with the EU Food Contact Materials Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, and is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel to ensure safety and non-toxicity.
The packaging must comply with the EU Packaging Directive (94/62/EC), using recyclable or environmentally friendly materials to reduce the use of plastics.
The product must be marked with the CE mark to prove that it meets the EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements.
Customs clearance documents
Exports require commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin (Form A).
Imports to Austria require the EU unified customs code (CN Code), and the stainless steel product code is 7323.93.
2. Logistics transportation time
In Austria
Standard delivery: 3 working days (Austrian Post/DPD).
Expedited delivery: next day (additional shipping costs).
In the EU
Standard transportation: 5 working days (DHL/UPS/FedEx).
Economic transportation: 7 working days (land transportation + rail combined transportation).
International transportation
Outside Europe: 14 working days (air transport + customs clearance), the specific time depends on the efficiency of the customs at the destination.

Österreichische Post: responsible for standard delivery, covering 98% of the country.
DPD Austria: provides expedited delivery and large cargo transportation services.
In the EU
DHL Express: focuses on speed, safety, and supports cargo tracking.

FedEx: covers major European cities, suitable for high-value goods.
International transportation

4. Special situation handling
Return transportation
Users can apply for a return without reason within 30 days, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the user (except for quality problems).
Transportation delay
If the delay is caused by the logistics company, the platform will assist users in communicating with the logistics company to strive for reasonable compensation.
